I am a mixed media artist with eclectic interests. My studio is part art laboratory, part disaster area. What goes into my experiments? Hand cut collage, altered photographs, acrylic paint, clay, found objects and ink. What comes out the other end? An assortment of boxes, journals, mixed media wall pieces, assemblages, cards and prints. 15% OF MY SALES ARE DONATED TO HEALTH CARE FOR THE HOMELESS.

Crushed It! creates art from broken glass, memorabilia, and other unique items. Crushed and broken glass is used to form inspirational art. Upcycling is a green approach to keeping glass and other items out of our landfills. Crushed It! glass is 100% recycled. The glass is received as post-consumer glass bottles from various domestic sources, for example, colorful wine, beer and perfume bottles.

I make studio furniture in my workshop in Great Falls, VA. Working in native Virginia hardwoods such as walnut, cherry, and oak I create unique, one of a kind, pieces that are both artistic and functional. My style ranges between Arts & Crafts to Mid-Century Modern. On this website you'll see some examples of my work but I would be happy to meet with you personally to design the perfect piece for your home.

I turn acrylic-handled pens and kitchen objects on my lathe. My work combines an eye for traditionally beautiful patterns, contours, and proportions with a bold sense of color. I channel that into creating useful household items that offer a ray of sunshine to our everyday activities. I also stitch temari that will brighten any corner of a room.

I create 4- Dimensional Scented Paintings using a mixed media technique, acrylic paint on canvas. My aroma therapy hot and cold wraps and packs are lined to create a pillow like feel and outer fabric is made with 100% cotton fabric and thread. The hand poured resin coasters, key chains and rings are infused with genuine plants and flower petals. The diffuser jewelry uses an all-natural technique by means of semi-precious stones.

Using Acrylic paints and Mixed Media with collage, letters of the alphabet, suns and moons, and maybe a bird or butterfly are created.

I am a mixed media artist and draw inspiration from my experiences traveling around the world and interest in different cultures. I use a variety of materials in my work including found and vintage objects, prints, leather, glass, and other media that can be repurposed or used in non-traditional ways.

Mixed media art jewelry constructed with stone, glass, resin, original print images, and “found” inclusions; and functional paper media including bullet and art journals and papier mache vessels, uniquely handcrafted by Roz Swartz Williams. Media techniques include copper and bronze free form wire sculpting and traditional wire wrapping (gold and silver via custom order), gel plate printing, book binding, collaging, stamping, and embossing, paints, inks, hand-pulled and eco-dyed papers.
