Community Activities

The Guild is a founding member of Artisans United, Inc. in 1977, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting, and developing the arts and crafts by providing an intellectual and creative forum for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and materials among its members. AU opened at the Packard Center, Annandale, VA, the following year. Our members exhibit and sell their work at the Artisans United Gallery, in the months of May-June. The Gallery is located at 4022C Hummer Road Annandale, VA 22003.

NVHG organizes exhibits of members’ works in different libraries in the area. The pieces can range from photography to jewelry, pottery, painting and in a variety of media used by our members. Stay tune for our next display.

As a member of the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, the Guild participates in the business community and opens opportunities to its members for networking and development.
